Jeremiah’s practice is focused on civil litigation and administrative law, as well as regulatory and criminal defence work. Experienced in a variety of areas of law including Aboriginal law, human rights law, employment law, contract disputes, property disputes, and criminal/regulatory law, Jeremiah helps clients navigate the Canadian justice system with confidence at all levels. After graduating from law school at UBC and receiving numerous academic awards, Jeremiah completed his articles at a premiere litigation firm in Toronto and then worked in Toronto at a boutique law firm serving predominantly First Nations governments. He has represented clients before multiple courts in different jurisdictions including the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Nova Scotia Supreme Court. He has also represented clients before the Alberta and Ontario Human Rights Tribunals.
